CaVSA's aim is to build capacity within voluntary and community sector groups in the borough regardless of their need, be it some simple advice on an organisational issue or something more involved like help with financial procedures.
CaVSA have compiled a list of sites useful for groups when dealing with Human Resources, these range from Government bodies to support organisations
The staff at CaVSA bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience that is put to good use in supporting groups in the borough and ensuring their sustainability in the future. We also work to ensure that this knowledge is supplemented through peer involvement and bringing groups together on cross cutting issues. The most important part of the way we work is that we empower groups and support them so that they have control over their ideas.
