Thank you for expressing interest in becoming a member of CaVSA.
CaVSA is a company limited by guarantee and as such, our rules of membership are governed by our Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Membership rules and benefits
- Membership is only open to voluntary organisations based in or working with residents of Hammersmith & Fulham, including branches of regional or national organisations based in or working with residents in the Borough
- Membership is free
- Membership is by application and acceptance of your application is at the discretion of CaVSA’s Board of Trustees
- Membership gives your organisation entitlement to nominate Trustees to join the Board, vote at AGMs and to influence CaVSA’s strategic direction and workstreams
- In return your organisation is expected to agree to pay up to £10 towards outstanding debts and liabilities if CaVSA closes or is wound up; not bring CaVSA into disrepute; and keep CaVSA informed of any changes to your organisation that may affect your membership status

Membership Application
Membership applications can be made from the end of September when our online directory of Third Sector organisations goes live on the 30th of September.
You can request a paper version of the application pack before then using the request form on this page, but please note that we will only be sending out application packs after the 30th of September.
