Strategic Plan - 2007/2010 Business Plan
CaVSA’s last business plan covered the period 2007 to 2010 and has been updated annually. A copy of the plan is available to download here.
Future Plans – 2010/2015
- We are currently working on a new strategic and business plan for 2010 to 2015.
- The first stage of this process has been completed with a review of our vision and strategic aims. The outcome of this review is available to download in summary form.
- Over the next 3 months we will be consulting on these strategic aims with the aim of publishing a completed strategic plan in February of 2010.
- In moving to a five year strategic plan we have taken into consideration our recent success in securing 5 year funding from the Big Lottery Fund and the newly proposed LBHF investment fund criteria for Third Sector funding.
