Invitation to an introductory workshop
Who should attend?
- Trustees/directors /committee members (whether actual or prospective)
- people thinking of starting up a not for profit organisation, together with their prospective Trustees/directors /committee members
- constituted organisations with little or no funding
- Organisations struggling to secure funding
When?
- Workshop 2: needs analysis, planning, partnership working and look at basic policies
When: Thursday 19th May 9.30 -13.00 - Workshop 3: Finance
When: Thursday 16th June 9.30 -13.00 - Workshop 4: Structure, objects, constitution.
When: Thursday 14th July 9.30 -13.00
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for individual workshops and those attending the whole programme will receive a certificate of completion.

Third Sector News H&F newsletter published 4 times a year (free to VCS organisations); our website and e-mail networks and bulletins for special interest groups such as children’s organisations; mental health; learning disability.
Training for staff, volunteers and management committee members to help build your knowledge and skills.

An organisational ‘Health Check’ service,
which can help you to identify if there are any areas of your organisation’s activities which need improvement in order to be ‘safe and legal’.
Support and training for management committees
tailored training sessions to help your committee tackle a specific issue; and consultancy to help develop larger projects.
