Hammersmith & Fulham LINk
LINKs (Local Involvement Networks) give residents and communities a strong voice in shaping health and adult social care services as well as holding service providers to account through their statutory powers. Anyone can take part in LINKs activities but those who wish to be contacted directly by H&F LINk are invited to complete an H&F LINk Expression of Interest Form to express their options on how they want to be involved.
