MAIN PURPOSE(S) OF POST As Office Administrator you will be responsible for the office reception and managing office resources. The post holder will support the office functions in line with WWMs vision, mission and values and Business Plan. A key element will be to support the Senior Administrator with the administrative support functions for all staff as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Office reception and redirecting queries to relevant parts of the organisation Handling the post, redirecting to appropriate recipients, following confidentiality as required Produce spreadsheets, graphs and power point presentations to a high standard and as required Carrying out a broad range of administrative duties as required by the Senior Administrator eg photocopying, information gathering etc Support the Senior Administrator with the smooth and efficient running of the office and its administrative functions Process invoices and payments for WWM resources Manage the promotion, marketing , use and administration of the WWM training suite 7. To carry out other related duties as may from time to time be required to fulfil the mission of WWM STANDARD CLAUSES 8.
